Types Of L Track
We manufacture a full series of industrial-grade L track fittings compatible with standard airline L-track rails, covering single stud, double stud, multi-stud and supporting accessory styles for all cargo securing needs.
1.Single Stud L Track Fittings (TSSR-1001 / 1002 / 1003 / 1010)
Standard single spring-loaded stud design, working load up to 1,814 kg (4,000 lbs). Simple, lightweight for daily light & medium cargo fixation inside vans and RVs.
2.Double Stud L Track Fittings (TSSR-1004 ~ 1009, 1023, 1025)
Heavy-duty dual-stud structure with O-ring, D-ring or pear ring options. Max break strength reaches 2,727 kg (6,000 lbs). We offer carbon steel and stainless steel versions, plus plastic caps to reduce vibration noise.
3.Auxiliary L Track Hardware
Track end caps (TSEND series): Matching different width L-track rails for edge protection
Rubber covers & slide nuts (TSSR-1029 / 1030): Anti-scratch and auxiliary installation parts

Product Description
Tormays L Track Fittings, also referred to as airline track studs or logistic track fittings, are heavy-duty movable anchor hardware specially engineered to match standard aluminum L-Track rails. These fittings serve as flexible tie-down points inside cargo vans, trailers, utility trucks and camper vans for reliable cargo restraint.
We supply a complete product range including single stud fittings, double stud fittings and supporting auxiliary hardware. The popular single stud O-ring fitting shown in the drawing supports a working load limit of 4,000 lbs. Heavy-duty double stud versions can reach up to 6,000 lbs working load. All standard fittings are forged from high-strength carbon steel with zinc-plated anti-corrosion coating. Stainless steel options are available for humid, coastal working environments.
Equipped with spring-loaded plunger structure, the fittings can slide freely along L-Track rails and lock at any required position without drilling or extra tools. The integrated O-ring, D-ring or pear ring can connect ratchet straps, snap hooks and chains to fix bicycles, equipment, goods and other loads securely during transportation.
Please note that L Track Fittings are exclusively compatible with L/Airline rails and cannot interchange with E-Track accessories. We also provide matching L-Track aluminum rails for one-stop cargo control system configuration.
